The CMBC are a holding a couple of mountain biking skill sessions.

These are open to club members and the general public. There will be two skills sessions one for the girls, the other for the boys.

The Girls

Trudi and Kiala will run the Skills day for the girls. Meet at the Mudfish Cafe in Ferrymead at 10:00am for a basic skills session. This will be on and around the Heathcote towpath, which is flat, so no need for excessive fitness. After the lesson, the group will retire to the cafe for coffee and sweet things

If you are going to attend give Trudi a ring on 03 384 7112 - So she can confirm the numbers.

The Boys

Rick will be running a Basic to Intermediate skills session for the boys.  Meet at the Victoria Park Visitor Information center at 10:00am

The actual level will depend on who turns up, but it will target:
* Downhilling skills (At a comfortable level).
* Climbing
* General riding and balance
* Braking techniques

If you are going to attend give Rick a ring on 03 384 7112 - So he can confirm the numbers attending. If no one rings - this session will be cancelled

What to bring

A mountain bike, helmet. Warm clothes.
