The tracks at Bottle Lake are flat with a few small rises here and there, though the occassional patch of dry sand can be a hard slog. This area is a good place to tire out the kids. If it is your first time in the forrest be warned - You WILL get lost!

There is a coffee cart at the main entrance during Summer Weekends. The main entrannce shuts at 11pm. (ed: when does it open?)

Speeder Bike Race

In a couple of places the track often splits in two, allowing two riders to take seperate routes and race beside each other. The excitement comes when the tracks criss cross  and a game of chicken for who gets right of way ensues. For those of you that can pedal fast enough, this may be as close as you come to a Jedi Knight Speeder bike chase through alien forrests!

Bottle Lake Forrest Park. Sand and Single track through pines trees. Featuring dedicated MTB and shared use tracks.

For the more Technically minded

There are a series of dirt jumps, planked sections and obstacles for those of you that are young at heart.  These can be found at the main car park ( ed: Tell them where this is )
