Specially constructed  single track, over private land - open to the public any when not in lambing season.

In Summer the track is typical rock hard Port Hills clay with lots of tight turns and no rocks. Plenty of of tight uphill bends to practise your turning on.

The ride starts in Halswell Quarry,  from the Car park off Cashmere Road.

( ED:There are two car park areas in the Quarry, be sure to all met up at correct one )

From the car park: Bike south towards the Port Hills, through the Dog Park. This track then continues up to the start of The Crocodile

Then bike up single track until you reach the top: Simple.
